Mumbai, Delhi, Jammu, Kanyakumari, Mumbai. As per itinerary by train, air, or by bus. All tours will be by 2x2 Luxury AC coach. Sight seeing will be done as far as the bus can go & any extra expenses or taxi charges will be born by the passengers. If there are less passengers then appropriate vehicle will be provided. During Darjeeling-Gangtok, Nainital-Mussorie tour mini bus will be provided as roads are not fit for big bus. |

Bed tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening tea will be provided by our well experienced cooks. During bus journey dry fruits and snacks will be served. We do not serve any food or snacks during train journey (in Rajdhani it is included in train fare). Lunch will be provided only if it is a group of minimum 20 pax. |

Check in and check out will be as per hotel rules. |

If due to Exceptional Circumstances (such as riot, war, earthquake, political disturbances, major breakdown or dislocation of Rail, Air, Bus Service etc.) beyond the control of tour operator the tour cannot commence then 20% of the tour cost will be deducted as retention charges and balance will be refunded. If during the Train journey to first destination the train is delayed then the tour will continue as per our tour itenery dates. |

Tour cost does not include - any personal expense, drinks, tips, laundry, horse riding, boating, cable ride, room heater, any kind of taxi fare, telephone bills and in Nepal tour Airport tax etc. is not included in tour charges. |

At all places, the room arrangement, food menu, sightseeing, arrangement is with tour manager. Passengers should not misbehave for the same. Persons misbehaving or obstructing the smooth running of tour will be left out of the tour for which no refund will be given. |

At all places our hotels are confirmed - if any change in case of unavoidable circumstances - no refund will be given. |

Since the Train Booking is by computerisation the Berth / Seat alloted should be accepted by all passengers. In High season there is difficulty in availability of booking hence the Train Nos. may change & co-operation is expected from the passengers. No argument on this topic will be entertained. |

Bus seats will be allotted on first come first served basis at the time of tour booking. |
|
For Nepal Tours - Identification/Certificate with photograph of Indian Citizen is compulsory. (No ration card). |

Passengers are traveling on their own risk and responsibility. Organizers are not responsible for any accident, loss or delay due to natural calamities and no refund for the same will be given. |

Any increase in railway fare or air fare after 1st September 2003 will have to be paid by the passengers. |
|
At the time of booking - Rs 5000/- per passenger (non-refundable) should be paid. Balance payment should be paid 21 days before departure of the tour, failing which passengers name will be be treated as cancelled. |

During the entire tour (except train journey) tour Luggage: will be carried of by our staff, but the passenger should take care of their luggage. For any damage/lost/robbery the tour operator/Manager is not responsible. |

For AC Class reservation in Train Journey while coming/going, the passengers should book 65 days in advance and will have to bear the Difference in Rates. |
|
PLEASE NOTE: All the passengers will assemble for Delhi side tour at Mumbai Central (near Goa Tourist counter) one hour before the departure time of the train & for South side tour at V.T (Chatrapati Shivaji} {near Maharashtra Tourist counter} one hour before the departure time of the train. |

Cancellaion Cost for Domestic
a) 30 days before tour departure Rs. 5000 / 10000 p. p.
b) 10 to 30 days before, 50% of tour cost.
c) 10 Days before 75% of tour cost
d) after tour Departure 100% of Tour cost. |

It is assumed by the tour operator that all the above rules are accepted and agreed by the passengers at the time of booking. |

Personal expenses such as Laundry, Telephone, Boating, Porterage, excess luggage, water sports, Tips, Mineral water, Insurance, Lunch, POE clearance, Any other food bill other than that in the Programme menu. |

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF TOUR NO REFUND OF TOUR ADVANCE WILL BE GIVEN AND STRICTLY NO ARGUMENTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED FOR THE SAME. |
